Derek Shaw has graduated as a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Photography. This was after three years of study which also included obtaining a Higher National Dipolma in Professional Photography.

He has been interested in photography for most of his life but just felt that he was lacking proper qualifications so he embarked on enhancing/improving his knowledge by taking these courses.

His ambition is to be able to produce images that are both pleasing to the eye and that people will like.

He has both the willing and the confidence to tackle all kinds of subjects. He will always enter any project with an open mind and by doing that it allows him to capture the true essence of the subject.
